Omega 7 or Palmitoleic Acid is a highly effective antioxidant that may be involved in the cell rejuvenation and the healing process. Environmental stressors (such as sunlight and pollution), improper diet, and normal aging can challenge the sensitive membranes in our skin cells. Palmitoleic acid when applied directly to the skin can increase triglyceride concentration in the lipid barrier of the skin, help to protect, replenish, moisturize, and restore dry, mature skin.

Revitolift contains Gevuina Oil, one of the best regenerative, healing oils available. Gevuina Oil

Gevuina TM is a proprietary cosmetic oil derived from Chilean hazel nut. The nut contains natural oil that has therapeutic properties. Gevuina TM contains high percentage of mono unsaturated fatty acids, Vitamin E, b -carotein, fitoesterols and a number of other amino acids, which help improve the skin and membranes. Gevuina Oil contains a very high content of Omega 7 (palmitoleic acid), which may be involved in the cell rejuvenation and the healing process. Research has shown Omega 7 to help reduce the appearance of wrinkles and lines. It’s regenerative and restructuring properties moisturize the skin and help skin to maintain the normal cell structure.

Hyaluronic acid

Hyaluronic acid helps to keep the elasticity of the skin by holding in the moisture and hydrating the cells. It is an amino acid and it helps to preserve the collagen and increases the collagen fibers making them more supple. Hyaluronic acid increases the water in the dermis which improves the elasticity. Hyaluronic acid is naturally distributed throughout the human body where, among other noteworthy properties, it holds water in the intercellular matrix of dermal connective tissue and contributes to the elasticity of skin. As we age, however, the skin's hyaluronic acid (HA) content diminishes, resulting in a loss of viscoelasticity in the skin that visibly manifests itself in wrinkles Replenishing with hyaluronic acid can help lock moisture into the extracellular matrix.

Research has shown low molecular weight hyaluronic acid to be able to increase the hydric level of damaged skin at values similar to that of non-damaged skin, with optimum moisture being reached after 14 days of use.

SUGGESTED USE

Use sparingly, twice daily. After cleansing your skin, thoroughly massage a small amount of serum into clean, dry skin.
