Domestic Shipping



  • Orders are typically processed and shipped the following business day unless otherwise noted. Holidays and the subsequent
    closing of delivery service offices may cause delays that are out of our control.
  • We currently ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS), and a major courier. Herbal Powers strives to select the
    courier that will provide the most reliable, timeliest, economical, and efficient delivery service.
    ( Please note that ALL shipments going to post office boxes must be shipped via the US Postal Service.)
  • Unless expedited service is requested, all packages weighing up to 2 lbs are shipped "standard" service. This is generally
    via USPS priority service.

    (1) Continental United States: All commitments are approximate and totally dependent upon the carrier used.
    (Herbal Powers can take no responsibility for delivery delays.)

    USPS Priority Mail: 3-5 business days.

    We have found the best and least expensive method of shipment is via USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail.




    International Shipping



    ( Please note that, because of duty and brokerage fees imposed, we no longer offer ground services to Canada.)

    International shipping is expensive because shipping companies charge a lot to send merchandise outside of the United States.
    We have tried to list the least expensive methods on our website.

    Please Note: We reserve the right to re-quote your shipping cost to reflect any changes or additions charged to us by the
    selected carrier. Should this occur, you would be notified via e-mail and you would be given the opportunity to decline your order due to
    cost of shipping. If we receive no response within 3 days of our e-mail to you regarding shipping costs, we will take the conservative approach and cancel the order.
    In general, the stated shipping price will be used.

    Not all methods have tracking information available. While every country is different, here is a guide. If you have another method that you prefer that has insurance and tracking, we will consider using that carrier instead.

    US Global Express Mail - This is the least expensive method. We use the US Postal service which out sources to EMS. Delivery is quoted at 4-6 business days barring problems with customs.

    DHL International - This method is a bit more expensive, but has DHL helping expedite through customs. They suggest 4-6 business days, with some potential for delay due to Customs.

    Customs can take anywhere from 2-14 days, depending on the country. We get asked all the time, how long we think it might take to get through customs in a particular country. The answer is we don't know, even if we've shipped to the country before, we can not be sure. This is because it really depends on how the customs office of a particular entry port is operated on a given day. If there is a national holiday, it will take longer.

    <>While we prepare each package to allow for easy customs entry, you are responsible for the shipping cost, as well as all duty and taxes. Occasionally, international orders are delayed in customs and there is a delay in shipping time or product is confiscated. All international orders shipped are F.O.B., meaning buyer is responsible for the product once it leaves our warehouse. If you are unaware of your country's policies regarding importation of supplements, we recommend that you check with your local mail delivery office before ordering your product.

    Order by Mail

    We use Paymentech and their security to assure safety in on-line payment. However, we understand that many still do not feel comfortable ordering on-line. If this is the case either:
    1) Order as you normally would on-line. Print out your order before you go to check out and mail it in with a money order payable to Herbal Powers". Sorry, no personal check accepted. Please send your order to:

    QUALITY ASSURANCE:
    All Herbal Powers Products are packaged with the highest quality ingredients. Herbal Powers guarantees the purity and freshness of all products.

    Herbal Powers does not offer cash back guarantee on our products. However, if you cannot take our product for some reason, we will refund the unused portion of the product. Please make a note that shipping charges are non-refundable. All prices listed are denominated in US Dollars.

    ERRORS & DAMAGED ORDERS
    Please contact Customer Service immediately if we made an error in shipping the wrong item(s) or the incorrect quantity. If we made the error, then we will make it right a no additional cost to you and we thank you in advance for your patience.

    If you made the error, that is, if you ordered the wrong product, for example, then that's ok too! We treat errors as a return for exchange. You can only return products that ARE NOT OPENED. Buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost incurred.

    If upon the initial opening of your order, you discover damaged merchandise, please contact Customer Service immediately. We consider two weeks after order is sent reasonable time for inspection of goods. We consider damaged merchandise as a return for exchange. We will charge you for the replacement at the time we ship it. You will then be credited when you receive it back into inventory. Furthermore, we will waive the cost of shipping and handling on any replacement item(s). All returns are subject to our inspection and ultimate acceptance.

    You may send returned, damaged, or incorrect products back to us at any time within 30 days from the date of purchase to the following address: 707 24th Avenue W, Bradenton FL 34205. You MUST include: Your order number and a Return Authorization number received by customer service. Also, include any address change or change in information.


    Personal Information

    Herbal Powers does not give out personal information such as address, email, or telephone numbers. It is very important that you accurately input your personal information, because this is how we contact you if there is a problem with your order.

    Because we ship using US Postal and FedEx on-line systems, we are unable to send out orders with an address that is inaccurate or incomplete. We will try to contact you immediately via email if this is the case. We'll even try to call you, to make sure your package gets to you as ordered. However, if we can not reach you within 4 business days, your order will be cancelled.

    DO NOT ABBREVIATE on shipping information. It helps us greatly when you do not abbreviate in your shipping information. While, common abbreviations are generally read by the system, such as Street and Drive, uncommon abbreviations such as State, Route, Circle, etc, don't tend to do as well. As we ship all over the world, abbreviations sometimes do not make sense to the US FedEx or Postal systems.

    We generally do send special offers (inventory blow-outs, thank you discounts, etc.) on Herbal Powers products via email one to two times per month. If you would not like to receive any coupons on Herbal Powers products, please write in comments, Do not add me to email list. You can also respond to any email to be removed, and we will comply immediately.


    On-Line Security

    We are a Yahoo!Store and use Paymentech operated through First Data. These are some of the most commonly used and secure systems on the web.

    Herbal Powers is also a store that believes in good business ethics. If for some reason, you have any problems related to the payment of your on-line order, either call or email us immediately and we will track down the source of the error and personally call you to help correct it. Because this process generally involves our contacting the payment processor (i.e. you may be put on hold), you may prefer to email us.
