As a dietary supplement, EstroReviv should be taken twice a day for at least 8 weeks. Since results can vary due to weight, age, and metabolism, adjust according to individual needs but not to exceed 6 capsules a day. As with most nutritional products, EstroReviv may take up to 8 weeks to reach its maximum benefits, depending on individual age and physical condition.

EstroReviv may not work for everyone. If you've taken EstroReviv for 8 weeks at the recommended dose and have noticed no effect in soothing any of your menopausal symptoms, then it probably doesn't work for you.

As a general rule, anyone with any medical conditions including but not limited to anyone on prescription medications, or with a history of cancer, heart disease, stroke, migraine headaches, liver failure, severe allergies, or other conditions, should consult their physician before starting on a new diet or nutritional supplement.
